The sand screws or ground stakes will allow you to anchor your Wondershade into the ground. If using on concrete, place a sandbag or another similar heavy object on the base to anchor the Wondershade and prevent it from blowing away.
How do I prevent from Wondershade from fading/rusting?
Do not leave your Wondershade outside 24/7. Bring your Wondershade inside when you are not using it. Properly store the Wondershade in the Wondershade Carry bag when not in use.
How do I prevent my Wondershade top from tearing/ripping?
Properly store your Wondershade top in the inside pocket of your Wondershade Carry Bag.
What do I do if individual parts break over time on my Wondershade? Do I need to replace the entire thing?
If individual parts on your Wondershade become damaged, shop for replacement Carry Bags, Tripod Bases, Cup Holders, Wondershade Tops, S-Hooks, Leg Caps, Accessory Collars, Knob and Bolts for the base, and Ground Stakes.
What is the bolt on the bottom of the tripod for?
The bolt is there to prevent the sand screw from falling through the base. Keep the bolt in the Wondershade Base. Even if the bolt becomes bent over time do not remove, as it will not hinder the performance of the Wondershade.
