PREHEAT FOR BEST RESULTS
- Preheat your pan (important).
- Heat the rings (important) at least 10 seconds in the pan.
SPRAY THE RINGS WITH OIL
- Pour oil into the rings slowly.
- Spray the rings with cooking oil.
POUR EGG SLOWLY
- Press the rings slightly with two fingers a few seconds when putting the eggs/mixture inside.
- Pour your food mixture into the rings...for foods that expand, don’t pour/fill above the small, inner ledge.
FORM & REMOVE THE RINGS
- Wait for your food to cook.
- Jiggle/waggle the handle to see if the rings want to come loose, take it off when the rings wants to come loose.
