Siglent's new SDG2000X series of function generators offer a 1.2 GSa/s interpolated sample rate with 16 bits of vertical resolution. The proprietary TrueArb & EasyPulse techniques help to solve weaknesses inherent in traditional DDS generators when generating arbitrary, square, and pulse waveforms.
