If you have ever stabbed your own finger trying to get a regular tester into a wire, you will appreciate the ALLOSUN Wire Piercing Circuit Tester.
This device identifies wiring issues such as short circuits, fuses, test connections, wiring harnesses, and more.
Widely Applications: It can be used in the shop to check wires when installing radios and brake controllers, on your camper to test which wires operate the tail lights, or any trailer wiring application.
Unlike typical testers, the hook cover design prevents you from stabbing your own finger when placing the tester in a wire.
The 59 Inches cord is insulated for heat and oil resistance and safe use.

LED & Audio Alarm
two high visibility LED bulb (Red and Green) & loud buzzer for easy identification

Three Probes
Three Interchangeable probes allow the tool to be used as a touch-type or pierce-type tester.

Insulated Alligator Clip
Durable insulated alligator clip enables professional use.

Hook Probe
The hook of the pierce-type probe grabs the wire to be tested so that you can pierce the wire with one hand.
Constructed with a slim stainless-steel probe for piercing and locking onto the wire, even in hard to reach areas.

Piercing Wire Easily and Safely
No need to break the insulated wire, avoid the risk of traditional detection methods.
The hook cover design prevents you from stabbing your own finger when placing the tester in a wire.

Heavy-duty Cord
Cord is insulated for heat and oil resistance and safe use.
Extra 59-inch cord allows for great flexibility, range and freedom when testing circuits for shorts around the house or for big vehicles.
Spring loaded strain relief prevents damage to the cord.

Operating Instruction
- The tester can be used to test DC 6-12V circuits with POWER ON. (Note: DO NOT use the tester to test any circuit with voltage above 15V. Not recommended to use the tester to perform measurements on sensor or computer wiring.)
- Select a suitable probe according to test need and attach it to the handle.
- Attach the tester's alligator clip to a good ground (such as the vehicle's frame or the point where the vehicle's negative battery cable end ).
- a. To test circuit b
- . To pierce wire
Please check the User Manual in the Technical Specification on this page to know more about the operation steps.

Battery Polarity Identification
The tester's two LEDs (in the handle) can be used to identify battery polarity.
See the picture: Attach the alligator clip to one battery terminal and touch the probe tip to another terminal of the battery.
- If the red LED lights up and the buzzer sounds, the battery terminal which the probe tip is touching is positive terminal and another battery terminal is negative terminal.
- If the green LED lights up and the buzzer sounds, the battery terminal which the probe tip is touching is negative terminal and another battery terminal is positive terminal.
