- It is recommended to use low sensitivity mode to detect first. If the electric pen has no obvious response (due to too thick insulation layer or other interference), please switch high sensitivity to find the live wire (the screen will display red)
- High-sensitivity mode will be disturbed by any other electrical appliances within 1 meter and alarms. Please continue to find the place with the strongest current according to the alarm sound and the color of the light

NULL WIRE RECOGNITION
When the NCV probe is inserted into the neutral interface of the socket, the indicator light will be green and no alarm will sound
LIVE WIRE RECOGNITION
When the NCV probe is inserted into the live interface of the socket, the indicator light will be red and a rapid beep will sound
ELECTRIC FILED AROUND
When the electric pen is brought close to a live wire, it will sound an alarm, indicating that there is voltage around
ADJUSTABLE SENSITIVITY WITH DUAL RANGE
- S" mode has a high sensitivity, it will give an alarm response within the magnetic field range of a current (the Voltage tester is not broken, just because its sensitivity is high enough). You choose S mode, being close to a charged object, it will give an alarm. Don't be afraid, continue to test. In high sensitivity mode, green light - null wire; Red light - live wire, that's for sure. The higher the sound frequency, the stronger the current.
- Suggestion:
When you test the lights on the Christmas tree, looking for the broken light along the line, the good light bulbs have current so that the pen will alarm. The broken light bulb should have low sound frequency or no sound
- Application scope of High sensitivity Mode:
For places with thick insulation layer, when there is no reaction in 48-1000V test, select 12-1000V mode,such as the wires in the wall.
