Pinnacle Pak holograms discs are easy to use. Simply apply to clothing, inside shoe insoles or directly on the skin. You could even adhere them to your cell phone or wallet if you keep it in your pocket for the majority of the day. If applying to the skin we recommend placing on the arch of the bottom of your foot or placed on the top of your foot vertically opposite your foot's arch. If it detaches from the skin or loses its adhesiveness we suggest you re-apply with a bandage to secure it in place.
If wearing on the skin, we recommend yor replace you hologram disc once per week for best results.
The hologram discs are designed to be worn 24 hours a day but can be removed when sleeping if more comfortable to the user. We do not recommend wearing it in water or while bathing.
