The DF830 Lat Attachment uses standard weight plates or Olympic plates with our Olympic adapters. The included swivel lat pulldown bar and low row bar offer multitudes of exercises for this quality piece of equipment. Add the Pec Attachment (DF832) for more versatility and skip the gym!
