It heats fast and evenly; releases food effortlessly; and is extraordinarily durable. The ceramic coating is not *chemically* nonstick but gets pretty darn close.
- DURALON BLUE HARDNESS Hardness is rated at 9H. Since diamond is rated at 10H, it is extremely strong. It has HIGH resistances to abrasion, corrosion, and acid meaning. It wont chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.
- INDUCTION READY & EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION Every cookware is bonded and reinforced with anti-warp SS plate on the bottom to make it induction ready. This bonding delivers fast, even heat distribution, and superior heat retention at any temperature.
