Babyface Simple Toner with Evian & Bulgarian Rose, 4 oz.

This is a wonderfully simple and clean Evian spring water¾toner¾that absorbs quickly and smells delightful! It's¾not sticky, contains no artificial fragrances or colors, and it's non-drying.¾Nice for all skin types, even those who have acne.

Super-calming formula;¾We use only Evian mineral water in this formula, which feeds the skin with minerals and hydration. Mineral water is said to be best¾for our skin because of it's high silica content which strengthens the spongy cells in-between the collagen and elastin fibers, plumping¾the skin and slowing¾the formation of wrinkles. Also included is Bulgarian rose water, which has anti-inflammatory, acne-preventing, and skin balancing properties, as well as being therapeutic, cleansing, and detoxifying.

Use it right after you wash your face; just splash on a little bit (or you can use a cotton swab). It dries nicely, leaving skin feeling soft, but not sticky, and not dry. The pH is 5.¾
