Care Instructions: Before washing: Disconnect power and controller. Do not dry clean or use bleach; cleaning solvents may damage insulation. Machine wash: Never immerse the power cord or controller in water. Place only the fabric portion in the washer on gentle or slow cycle. Hand wash: Disconnect all cords. Place the soft cozy heating blanket in warm water (below 100°F) with mild detergent. Soak for 5 minutes, then gently press and release for another 5 minutes. Do not wring, twist, or scrub. Rinse thoroughly with cold water, press out excess water by hand, and air dry. Drying: Do not use commercial dryersthey may overheat and damage fabric. Do not iron. Ensure the electric blanket is completely dry before reconnecting power. Tumble dry: Use low heat until fully dry. Ensure ample space for the fabric to tumble freely. If slight shrinkage occurs after washing, gently stretch back to original size. Air dry: Hang on two parallel clotheslines or rods, securing both ends. Do not use clothespins that may snag wires.
