Can the electric blanket be washed in the washing machine?
Yes, you can. Please remember to disconnect power cord from wall BEFORE detaching control cord from the heated product. Then follow the User Guide (PDF) below.
The indicator light on my controller is flashing. What should I do?
Turn the controller off. Unplug the controller from the wall outlet. Unplug the controller cord from the product. Wait 30 seconds and reconnect making sure the arrows are properly aligned. Push control button until the temperature is on high.
The product does not produce enough heat or does not work?
If you don't feel heat, you can fold the product and test it for 30 minutes to see whether it works or not (But please make sure that the product is placed flat without being folded for normal use).
