Each silver SmartChlor Cartridge lasts 3 to 4 weeks depending on the size of your hot tub and how often it is used. Replace the SmartChlor Cartridge when FROG @ease flips over.
What impacts the life of the SmartChlor Cartridge?
Water balance is very important – especially avoid pH over 7.8 as it will degrade the effectiveness of SmartChlor. Over circulation such as being pulled into the filter well will also deplete the cartridge (using a tether is recommended).
