One year promised for all sticro heating pads, and if there is any damage on the product or missing part that should be in the package, we will issue reshipment as soon as possible within 2 days.

The total cord length is 9.5 ft (adapter cord length + hand control cord length).
Am I able to sleep with this on?
No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pad feature higher temperature for effective heat experience. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.
Is it portable?
No, it's corded heating pad only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank.
Does it support moist heat? How can I wash it?
Yes, owing to its DC 12V adapter, it's safe to apply moist heat. You can use a wet sponge or a spray bottle to apply a fine mist to the inner side of the heating pad.
The heating pad is machine-washable, so it's easy to keep the device clean.
