At 19.2 lbs, it strikes the best balance of heat retention and handleability in the 14x20 format, making it the most versatile option in this size. The 14x20 surface fits standard full-size oven racks and accommodates pizzas up to 13" wide, with enough length for two smaller pies side by side. Preheat at 500°F for 4560 minutes and cook a pizza in 57 minutes. Also works on gas and charcoal grills and on the stovetop. If you want something lighter and cook one pizza at a time, the 14x20 in 3/16" (13.7 lbs) is available. For maximum heat retention for back-to-back cooking, step up to the 3/8" (30 lbs). Ships shot-blasted; season once with oil at 375°F for one hour, then it builds a natural non-stick patina with every use.
