Will this fit with a 980 pro?

It shouldn't be a problem it should fit however the installation is going to be a pain in the *** you'd have to apply A LOT of pressure with your hand to tighten the heatsink in between your 980 pro also installing the heatsink to the motherboard will be a bit tricky since the screw is so tiny it will take you some time to tighten it together. The heatsink itself is working pretty well at dissipating the heat away from your 980 pro. On my Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB the temperatures are at around 28 -31C idle and at 55 - 56C while gaming which is pretty decent. This is a good product definitely worth buying it will lower your SSD temperatures by A LOT.

can this be used on any M.2 card? or only sabrent

Im going to yes, as long as the heat sink comes with all it's hardware. There is a metal bracket that receives the M.2 then that bracket gets installed on motherboard along with your M.2. Everything is keyed so as to fit properly. Hope this helps.

What is the storage capacity, read speed and write speed?

What you've got here is a "Heatsink". It has no other purpose other than to keep your ssd from overheating. This is a accessory that attaches to whatever ssd you'd like. It has no storage or speed  capability. That belongs to the ssd. Hope this helps. DB

Will this work with a msi b450 tomahawk max motherboard? I want to be sure it will have clearance.

I don't see why not. Just make sure whatever GPU or other peripherals  you have are'nt  blocking the M.2 slot on your mobo.

Is this compatible with the PS5?

Don't own a PS5. If it is compatible, I would consider if it would fit with the heatsink, otherwise purchase one without it. Also, does PS5 have an M.2 slot?  It should work if it does indeed fit. Just my 2 Cents.
