We recommend using lukewarm water (around 37°C/98°F) or saline solution to avoid irritation. Do not use plain tap water, as it may contain bacteria or impurities.

Unlike ear picks (which can push wax deeper or scratch the ear canal), this irrigator softens and flushes out earwax with water flow. For best results, apply 1-2 drops of earwax softening drops and wait 5 minutes before rinsing.
Will water spill everywhere during cleaning?
This device has a waste water tank. Simply place the product close to your ear and water will flow into the waste water tank when in use.
