For iOS 13-14, please read access built-in "Files" APP, support two-way transmission. -----Please ensure that the memory card has been correctly inserted into the camera memory card reader. If files are not transmitted, unplug the reader and memory card and reconnect. -----If the card reader is prompted that the cable or accessories have not been authenticated, it may be in bad contact, please pull them out and insert them again. If there's another problem with re-insertion, clean the socket interior of the devices with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

For iOS 9.2 - 12.4, it only supports one-way transmission from SD/TF to the iPhone/iPad, Only able to download photos or videos from SD/MicroSD card to iPhone or iPad by "Photos" APP. -----Please ensure that the photos or videos are taken by digital camera. If they were not taken by digital camera or photos were not original photos, the "Photos" APP will not able to recognize it.
