1. New pots are prone to rust. Please do not leave them aside or soak them in water after washing, as this can easily rust.
2. After each use of the skillet, it is necessary to dry the water stains after cleaning. (drying and applying a layer of edible oil can accelerate the maintenance process and extend its service life).
3. If rust occurs, salt can be used to remove the rust and remove the iron smell.
4. During use and maintenance, the oil will penetrate more into the pot, making it easier to use and maintain for about half a year. It can form a natural non stick pot effect without coating detachment or health concerns.
New pot non stick tips: After cleaning the pot body, place it on a gas/induction cooker and heat it over high heat. After the pot body is completely hot, pour in oil. Heat the oil and start cooking on a medium to low heat. (Due to the material characteristics of pig iron itself, the small and medium heat of the pot after heating is equivalent to the high heat function of a regular pot, which is relatively time-saving and gas saving.)
