Why don’t I see any foam when using this product?
a.Water temperature is too low–--Using hot water.
b.Hard water–-Minerals can bind with the surfactants and reduce foam.
c.Grease or detergent residue–-grease or dish soap can inhibit foaming.
Tips: Run hot water for 30s-1min, then drop the cleaner.
Can this cleaner remove odors and deep-seated grime?
Yes.It penetrates deep into the grinding chamber, drain pipes, and other hard-to-reach areas to break down grease and food residue, eliminating odors at the source. For best results, we recommend using it continuously for 3 days during the first use.
Can I still use this product if my drain is already clogged?
If your drain is completely clogged, please use a mechanical drain cleaner or a specialized drain-cleaning solution first. Once the clog is cleared, use our cleaner once every two weeks or once a month to keep your drain flowing smoothly.
Is this compatible with my garbage disposer brand (like InSinkErator or Moen)?
Yes, it works with all major brands including InSinkErator, Moen, Waste King, and most other disposers. This cleaner is not compatible with garbage disposals equipped with non-removable built-in splash guards or protective screens.
