How to use: Scotsman
Brilliance: enter CLEAN mode and add 3 tablespoons the machine auto-cycles.
Commercial CME models: add 8 to 12 oz to the reservoir and run the clean cycle. Follow your machine's own rinse cycle afterwards. Repeat every six months, or sooner on hard water.
