Can this router form a mesh system with other identical rioters?

The access points still require an ethernet cable for connection, they will work as a seamless mesh system once all are adopted by the gateway router. speeds of the AP's depend on the version you get, wifi 7 is the latest and can provide a theoretical speed of 46 Gbps throughput, but this all depends on your ISP speed as well as the internal network speeds from your other hardware, as well as your end point device and what it can handle.

I stream on twitch 24/7, I have family members up to six people using my wifi. I have a condo and there's two dead zone for guest room. 5,740 square feet condo. Will this be good?

What the area of coverage?

I believe Ubiquiti says it covers 1750 sq. ft. Others have reported that that may be an underestimate as they claim it conservative and it shows as being capable to cover more than 1750. I just started using mine and have not tried a coverage test with it yet. But so far it seems to be a wonderful router.
