The Opengear ACM7004-2-L is a compact Resilience Gateway designed to provide secure remote management and ensure network uptime at distributed sites such as branch offices, retail locations, and remote facilities. It integrates both out-of-band (OOB) management and 4G LTE failover capabilities, making it an ideal solution for maintaining network resilience and visibility even when the primary network connection is unavailable.
Port Configuration:
Serial Console Ports: 4 × RJ45 RS-232 ports with Cisco straight pinout, allowing direct console access to network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ethernet Ports: 2 × Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbps) RJ45 ports, providing primary and failover network connectivity.
USB Ports: 4 × USB 2.0 Type-A ports, enabling connections to peripherals like USB storage devices or additional interfaces.
Digital I/O Ports:
2 × TTL-Level Digital Inputs/Outputs: For connecting environmental sensors (e. g., water, smoke, motion detectors).
