Important Usage Notes & Guide
1. Use a USB power adapter rated 5V =2A (a UL certified adapter is recommended)
2. The battery pack is for temporary, short-term use only (approx. 1-2 hours) when no outlet is available. It is not a substitute for the adapter during long-term operation.
3. When hanging, first secure the main wire. Then gently untie and arrange the light strands. Do not pull or hang the product by a single light strand, as this may damage the internal connections.

Can I use batteries with this light? How long will they last?

The lights don't turn on at all, or some lights are off?
1) Confirm you are using a 5V/2A or higher adapter; 2) Check if all connections are secure; 3) if issue persists, please send us a message for immediate resolution.
The remote control is not working?
1) This is most often related to power. Immediately switch to a sufficiently powered adapter (5V/=2A). 2) Replace the remote batteries. 3) Try again at close range, pointing directly at the USB plug.
The lights flash automatically or modes change randomly?
This is typically caused by insufficient or unstable power. Use the recommended power adapter plugged directly into a wall outlet. Avoid using under-spec batteries or low-output power banks.
