How long does it take to boil water?
It depends on the altitude and the volume of water filled. At lower altitudes, boiling just 16 ounces of water takes less than 2 and a half minutes. Boiling 0.8 liters (27 ounces) of water takes less than 4 minutes.
Does the kettle turn off automatically?
Sure. Not only that, but it comes with resettable overheat protection as well as dry boil protection.It's very durable and safe!
Does the boiling chamber of this Onlicuf electric kettle contain plastic like other brands?
No, it does not. To ensure your health, we have adopted a new design. Its entire boiling chamber is made up of high quality food grade 304 stainless steel, no plastic and more BPA free.
Is there any leakage problem like other brands of gooseneck electric kettle?
We eliminate leaks at the source because we use advanced laser welding technology instead of old technology. And we use a waterproof temperature controller to make the kettle safer. If you'd like to know more about 'leaks', please check our manual.
Why is the bottom sometimes wet or even a few drops of water?
As with all kettles that have physical temperature sensors, steam triggers the sensor, and a few drops of water will come out of the bottom, BUT this is safe.
