Does this device require both an electrical and network cable?

If you have a PoE (Power Over Ethernet) switch/injector then you do NOT need to have an electrical wiring/outlet, you just need an Ethernet jack/cabling. If you do not have a PoE switch then you need an electrical outlet and Ethernet jack/cabling.
