The FortiExtender 511F (FEX-511F) delivers reliable, high-speed 5G Sub-6GHz and 4G LTE Cat 20 cellular connectivity for enterprise branch networks, retail pop-ups, and remote sites. Engineered to eliminate signal loss associated with long coaxial antenna runs, the 511F can be placed near windows or outdoors in optimal reception zones up to 100 meters away from your primary switch or firewall via Power over Ethernet (PoE+).
By integrating seamlessly into the Fortinet Security Fabric, the FortiExtender 511F acts as an active primary or backup WAN interface that can be centrally configured and managed directly from a FortiGate dashboard or FortiManager.
