AJMRTC Waveshare 1.3 Inch LCD Display Module is a multifunctional game HAT built with ST7789 display driver chip, 240×240 IPS screen, physical game buttons and integrated audio buzzer. The production part number is WAVESHARE-1.3INCH-GAME-LCD-BUZZER.
This display connects directly to the standard 40Pin GPIO header of Raspberry Pi boards including Zero 2W, 3B, 4B, Pi5, and also supports RP2040-PiZero development platform via SPI communication. The onboard game buttons allow direct joystick and key input for retro game emulators, while the built-in buzzer outputs sound effects and prompt tones.
The IPS panel delivers 65K rich colors and wide viewing angles, suitable for portable game consoles, embedded HMI, data display and electronic DIY projects. Developers can quickly get started with the provided sample codes and libraries.
