Why isn’t the LED light turning on?
Set the switch to ON and charge the solar cap in direct sunlight for one full day. Test it in darkness or cover the panel for 15–30 seconds. The light stays off in daylight. If it still does not work, assistance is available through Your Orders.
How long will the water last, and why may it run out quickly?
Up to 1–2 weeks is an estimate. Dry soil, heat, sun, wind, large pots, or thirsty plants may use water faster. Before first use, water the soil and soak the clay spike for 10–15 minutes. Test it for several days before travel.
Which size is right for my pot?
Mushroom 11 oz: 4–6 in pots. Classic Globe 19 oz: 6–8 in pots. Lantern 19 oz: 6–9 in pots. For 10–12 in pots, use 2 if there is enough open soil. The 19 oz styles may not fit small, shallow, or crowded pots.
Does the solar cap click or screw into place?
The solar cap is removable for easy top filling, so it may not click or screw on like a threaded bottle cap. After filling, align the cap with the opening and press it firmly and evenly into place.
What if one globe is damaged or does not work?
If any globe, clay spike, cap, light, or part is cracked, loose, missing, or not working, assistance is available through Your Orders.
