Does it require professional installation?
Installation is simple and doesn’t require a technician or any tools. Simply find your vehicle’s OBD port (under the left side of the steering wheel), remove the cover panel, and plug the OBD tracker in the OBD II slot.
Does it work for motorcycles?
It depends on the model. Some motorcycles have standard OBD II ports while others use proprietary connectors. Consult your vehicle’s user manual.
Can it track internationally?
Our tracker has coverage in 185 countries, including the United States and Canada, with no additional costs for international usage. If traveling outside North America, simply update the tracker’s network mode to international within the app.
Can it be used indoors?
The OBD tracker can only work when plugged into a vehicle and with a clear signal to the GPS satellites. If the tracker cannot receive a signal, it will update with its last known location and resume tracking once it reestablishes the satellite link.
