- 1. The screen has no display and is not powered on
Please check if the USB cable is damaged or replace it for testing (please note: do not use voltage higher than 5V for power supply)
- 2. No speed display
After power on, the satellite icon flashes to indicate that it is in a star search state. Please move the car to an open road to receive the signal. After the satellite icon stops flashing and displays the number of satellites, the machine can be used normally
- 3. The speed is still displayed even after the car has stopped
When driving to places with unstable signals such as underground parking lots, tunnels, and overpasses, there may be some deviation in the data displayed by the product. Driving the car to an open road surface can restore normal operation
- 4. Inaccurate speed
a. Check if the unit is correct, km/H or mph (please refer to the setting mode in the above figure for speed unit switching)
b. The vehicle speed can be adjusted, such as the dashboard displaying 100Km/H and this machine displaying 105Km/H. The parameter value can be set to 102
- 5. Time calibration
a. The machine defaults to Beijing time+8:00
b. If you need to adjust the time to another time zone, please enter item 6 of the settings menu, right-click the dial key to adjust, and the adjustment range is 30 minutes/time (for example, if a certain region is 1 hour faster than Beijing time, simply dial the dial key twice)
Attention: The blinking satellite icon indicates that no satellite has been found, and the time is displayed as the time zone. Please adjust to your country's time zone (such as South Korea+9:00). After the satellite icon stops flashing, simply calibrate the displayed time
- 6. Incorrect display of driving direction
When there is no vehicle speed, the satellite cannot distinguish the direction of the vehicle's travel, and it can only display normally when the driving speed exceeds 5Km/H
