Fuel Injector Testing and Service
Check fuel injector operation when the vehicle has difficulty starting, slow acceleration, or high fuel consumption. The injector service function helps technicians diagnose injector performance (additional extension cord required separately).
Relay Testing
Test relays for headlights, turn signals, horn, and engine starter. Remove the relay from the vehicle and connect it to the adapter for quick and reliable testing.
Compatible With
Diagnostic tools designed for use with X431 EasyDiag 3.0, EasyDiag 2.0, ThinkCar, ThinkDiag, Golo series, and LAUNCH series.
Professional Application

- When to Check Your Fuel Injector:
- Hard to start
- Poor acceleration
- Increased fuel consumption
- How to Test:
Drive the injector to open and close.
Normal ammeter reading + normal operation = Injector is GOOD
Otherwise = Injector is DAMAGED
- TIPS: Use 12V 3A power supply for car injectors.

- Test: Open/close injector normal reading + normal work = good.
- Cleaning (if clogged): poor injection, carbon deposits, sticky residue. Use cleaner pressurized can (nozzle Ø 4mm). Hold tool firmly.
- Safety: Avoid skin/eye contact. No open flames. Work in open area.
- Use 24V 8A only. Test time 120s. Requires extension cord + cleaning agent.

- Same test method as truck relay. Suitable for most car relays (headlights, horn, starter, etc.)
- Normal operation = Relay is GOOD
- No response or abnormal = Relay is DAMAGED
- TIPS: Use 12V 3A power supply for car relays.

- When to Check Your Relay: - Headlights, turn signals or horn not working - Engine starter does not respond - If components themselves are fine check the relay switch
- How to Test: Remove relay from vehicle, then connect adapter according to relay connection.
- TIPS: Use 24V 8A power supply for truck relays.
