In 2017, we received some letters from our customers, they wanted a little more ambiance in their boring work as well as wanted the keys to light up for typing in the dark. So we started to develop wireless keyboards and mice with backlight, just to bring you a better experience and more productivity.

If the Bluetooth connection fails, what steps should i take?
Please attempt to reconnect by removing any other connected Bluetooth devices from your devices. Alternatively, you can turn off the mouse, then turn it on again, and finally reopen the device to establish a connection with the mouse.
Keyboard and mouse won't charge, what can I do?
Frist check whether the charging port is connected, and try to replace the charging cable, or try to charge the USB port.
What should I be aware of when my wireless charging keyboard and mouse kit is being used for the first time?
Please fully charge the keyboard when you first receive the product as this helps to maintain the battery life, and remove the power supply when charging is conplete.
Why doesn't the backlight function turn on on my keyboard after using it for a while?
The backlight will automatically turn off when the power of the keyboard decreases. Please charge for half an hour and then re-insert the USB, or try to restart the keyboard and mouse.
What should i do if the keyboard gets delayed or stuck?
Please check there is no 2.4GHz device (e.g.router) nearby to interfere with the connection. Check the keyboard has been fully charge. Check there is no full metal case that may block the signal.
