2. What should I do if I find that there is NO USB receiver/accessories/mouse in the package?
The USB receiver is in a separate transparent bag. Lost receiver? We'll replace it FREE! You can click on the store and call our staff immediately.
3. Why are the multimedia shortcut keys NOT working properly when I use them on my Mac?
Unfortunately, the shortcut keys of the wireless keyboard are not compatible with Mac OS and iOS systems.

4. Why is the color of the keyboard I received different from what I ordered?
