What's a full-duplex doorbell? How's it different from a regular one?
Full-duplex doorbells work like your phone: Press once answer key for hands free 2-way real-time communication. Ordinary doorbells: You need to keep holding down the answer button to have a conversation.
Why is there a noise (feedback) when using the receiver and transmitter wireless doorbells for home?
These doorbells have sensitive mics and speakers. Keep them at least 8 ft apart - closer distances can cause that high-pitched squeal
For clearer conversations:
Use volume level 3-4, or try spacing them farther apart if needed.
Why won't my home intercom work, even after being fully charged and showing a green light?
2 possible reasons:
When battery runs out completely,it will automatic shutdown:power intercoms back on.Hold the power button until you hear"Power On" 2.intercom code is cleared:re-pair intercoms. Watch our video:"How to pair your wireless doorbell"
Why do I hear a strange woman's voice when my intercoms are on standby?
It's the low battery alert saying: "inside batteny low."
It says this twice, then repeats every hour until the battery runs out.
( To avoid nighttime alerts: 1.Charge weekly, 2.0r leave charging ovemight)
Why don't I hear low-battery alerts when the doorbells receiver/transmitter is low?
1.Check receiver battery: If runs out, charge it – it plays the alerts ("inside/outdoor battery low").
2.Check transmitter battery: If runs out, charge it.
3.Still not working? Re-pair them. See video: "How to pair your doorbell?"
