What should you do if you encounter a failure to connect to the doorbell camera via WiFi?
First, please confirm that the WiFi signal is on the 2.4GHz band.
Second, please press the reset button to reset and then reconnect.
Note:No matter what problems you encounter, try pressing reset and reconnecting. This can solve 99% of the problems.

Every motion event comes with a free 6-second clip, saved permanently at no cost.
For extended recordings, upgrade to a cloud storage plan (cloud storage is tril for Free7 days) or insert a 128GB TF card (sold separately).
Does the app support AI recognition for multiple objects?
Yes. This is an optional paid feature available via subscription.
With AI Plus, the app can automatically identify objects such as pets, vehicles, packages etc.
This AI Intelligent Recognition is not required for normal daily use of the app.
