Explanation of Doorbell Functions & Pairing
NOTICE
Pre-paired. For first use, fully charge the doorbell with the included cable and charging brick.
Built-in mic & speaker. During intercom, keep units at least 8 ft apart.
For consistent performance, we recommend using the included charger and cable.
Why does my DOORBELL make that loud static/screeching noise?
Doorbell’s built-in mic & voice system. Keep 8ft+ between units during intercom - closer distances may cause that high-pitched squeal at louder volumes. For clearer operation, use volume setting 3-4 or increase spacing slightly if needed
Why isn't my doorbell working?
Battery issue or lost pairing.
1. Check Transmitter/Receiver charge. If dead, Receiver auto-off. Charge to restart.
2. Re-pair doorbell. Let us know if unresolved.
Does the doorbell need to be paired for the first use?
No. Pre-paired. Fully charge doorbell transmitter & Receiver. Power on Receiver. Mount transmitter to use.
Does the doorbell make any other sounds at night?
Likely Doorbell low-battery alerts ('OUTDOOR BATTERY LOW' or 'INSIDE BATTERY LOW'). Charge Receiver once weekly to prevent sleep disruption.
