Will it fit my TV, and can I trim the LED strip if needed?
Yes. The light strip is designed to fit the recommended TV size range and can be trimmed along the marked cutting lines for a better fit.
Do the lights sync accurately in a bright room?
For the best color detection, we recommend using the lights in a dark or dim room. Strong ambient light or sunlight reflecting on the screen may affect sync performance.
Do I need to use the app every time I turn the lights on or off?
No. The uLamp app lets you adjust settings and set schedules for more convenient everyday use.
Is the sensor clip safe for ultra-thin OLED TVs?
