What are the voltage and current ratings, and is there a user replaceable fuse?

According to the packaging: Input: DC 11-16V, 10A. Output: DC 19.5V, 4.61A, Up to 90 watts continuous power. However, the power supply for my Dell is 19.5V 4.62A and the Vostro 1720 alternated between charging and discharging w/ a period of about 12 seconds (50% duty cycle).  My HP supply is speced to 19V 4.74A 90W and the ProBook 6560b charges for about 10-12 seconds and discharges 1 sec. My Acer Chromebook is speced 19V 2.15A and charges correctly. There is no adapter for my ASUS Zenbook Ultrabook. Your mileage may vary.

Is this product "autosensing" in some way?  I mean not all laptops use an 18v charger?

Does not appear to sense anything.  There are only 2 connectors.  Output is speced to a fixed 19.5V although I did not actually measure it.
