With 212 watts of power it raises temperature of 12 quarts of oil 60°F in about 30 minutes. Element screws into place. It comes with a steel 1" NPT fitting. Length of heating element is 4.5" from fitting to tip and comes with a detachable 7 foot cord. Rated at 120 volts.
