How to get started?
With : 1. turn the ignition on without starting the car- insert tool and read; 2. Start the car.
Without : 1. press start button - press again (do not press brake pedal) - insert tool and read; 2. press brake pedal and start button.
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) recognition failure?
a)- Due to the different manufacturer’s setting, the VIN of some models can't be read. Please input manually.
b)- The vehicle’s computer may be blocked by manufacturer. Please contact our support team for advice.
