The KM30 Car FM Transmitter is not working, or display is not showing.

1) Ensure the device is properly connected to the cigarette lighter port, and the cigarette lighter is not significantly rusted.

2) Unplug the device and try connecting it again.

3) Check if the cigarette lighter port is receiving power normally.

The Bluetooth transmitter is not compatible with my car, or compatible size range for car cigarette lighter interfaces.

1) Compatible car cigarette lighter socket dimensions: Diameter without spring clip: 20mm, with spring clip: 24mm, deepth: 65-70mm.

2) Screen Plain Surface dimensions: Width: 41mm, length: 85mm, thickness: 14-16mm (With rotary button: 24mm).

Noise is present, but there is no sound.

1) Confirm that the player is activated and not in pause mode.

2) Check and adjust the volume settings on the car radio, FM transmitter, and the connected external device as needed.

3) Try switching channels to see if it works properly.

Unable to play.

1 ) Ensure the USB device is properly connected to the player. Or try using another USB device.

2) Confirm the files on the USB device are supported by the KM30.

1) Ensure the FM transmitter is turned on.

2) Verify the frequency of the FM transmitter matches the frequency of the car's radio.

3) Ensure the volume is not set to 0.
