It provides a electrial solution that if you have a US vehicle with 7 way blade, and you want to hook up a European trailer, with a 7-way Round Pin. If you have a US car that with a 7-Way RV Blade Connector, and your European trailer has a 7 pin round plug, where your US car need to separate the stop and tail signals, this Trailer Wiring Adapter Connector should work for you.
