This 7-way and 4-pole connector is designed to plug right into the oem plug on the truck and it worked perfect to replace the old oem plug and add the 4 pin plug. It eliminates the need for an adapter and allows you to tow a trailer with either a 7- or 4-pole plug. Socket connects to your vehicle's OEM wiring system with Chrysler/Dodge OEM plug adapter and bracket.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Install the 7-way blade connector on to the mounting bracket using the screws and nuts provided
Plug the OEM factory exiting car end socket harness as shown above, into the 7-way blade car connector
Install 4 flat connector into another bracket provided in bracket
Tighten screws.
All connections must be complete to function properly. Test and verify installation with a test light, circuit tester or trailer once installed.
