What is the name of the APP? How do I connect to the mobile APP?
The APP name is Lotus Lantern.
1. Scan the QR/code on the power controller or manual to download the APP.
2. Open your phone Bluetooth to search for led lights devices.
3. They will be connected automatically when you enter the APP.
If the fiber optic end not bright enough, any solutions?
Light attenuation happens naturally as light transmits along the fiber.
1. Avoid sharp bends to reduce light loss.
2. Do not use extra-long fiber or add an LED at the end for better brightness.
Will this light fit my car?
This is a universal car ambient light kit. Simply tuck the fiber optic cable into your car’s interior gaps and connect the fiber to the LED light source.
Can I get replacements if the lights break?
Yes! Feel free to message us even after the return window expires. We will support you until the issue is resolved.
