What do I need to do before connecting the application?
Before connecting your phone to the car interior light, please ensure that mobile data, bluetooth, location services, and WLAN are enabled.
When l turn on the LED interior car light, it's red flashing, does the light have problem?
Light didn't have problem, red flashing means light ready for pairing, just finish pairing with APP in 3 minutes is ok.
Why l use APP pairing with light not work and the light stay in red or a certain color?
Mostly past the pairing time, if have this issue or other APP control issue, just repeatedly turn on and off the device 5 times until red flashing to reset is ok.
If l don't want to use APP, could l just use the box conctrol?
Yes, you can, but please use your phone connect with APP just for one time, then when you turn on the light wil not red flashing.
Is the color memory function not working?
The color memory function must be bound to the APP to be used. If there is no connection, the color cannot be saved.
