FAQ
Q: Cannot reach 10Gbps speed?
A: According to the New USB-IF standard, USB 3.0 = USB 3.1 Gen 1 = USB 3.2 Gen 1 = 5Gbps, USB 3.1 Gen 2 = USB 3.2 Gen 2 = 10 Gbps. This USB hub adopts the new generation of USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 2 standard.
To reach 10Gbps, make sure the USB ports, cables, and connected devices on your computer support USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 2. Some PCs only come with USB 3.0 ports whose max speed is 5Gbps.
