Steps for Using the DS801-C USB-C Docking Station
Foreward:
This USB-C Laptop Dock is equipped with two USB-C ports, "USB-C Data" is connected to your laptop, and the "USB-C PD" port is connected to the USB-C power supply, making the docking station work stably and charge your laptop.
Please note: The "USB-C PD" interface only supports charging, not data transfer and video output. That is to say, if your HDMI cable is a Type-C interface, the video will not be displayed when plugged into "USB-C PD".
Warm tips:
Before using the docking station, we recommend using the original adapter to charge the laptop with the docking station to ensure the stable operation of all ports.
This USB C Dock comes with a 2.6 -foot cable, it is not recommended to use a cable longer than 3.3 feet, because too long a cable will affect the transmission of video signals.
Please note that the DS801-A has only one HDMI, so this docking station cannot support two external monitors.
