The light head is loosened to disconnect from the battery inside to avoid any accidental activation in shipping for safety reasons. Pls SCREW DOWN the light head tightly and make sure the tail cap is connected well to the battery before charging.

Why would it gets super hot real quick?
It will produce much heat while working especially at high modes. Flashlight dissipates heat through the shell.If the light becomes too hot to hold at the hottest area then you must turn down the level or OFF for the light to cool down.

Does anyone know if the TN12 V6 would be a good choice for daily use? I'm just concerned about the heat.
To protect the battery, driver circuit and LED, we DO NOT recommend you run the light at max mode more than ten minutes.

Does the battery drain when not in use? if I fully charge and throw it in a drawer, will it still work in a week? month?
We recommend removing the batteries when not in use for a long time.

What is the difference between TN12 V6 and TN12 Pro?
TN12 V6 adopts more safe mechanical tail switch, Intuitive interface, better heat dissipation.

1.CAUTION: Please screw down the tail cap tightly before use.
2.Turn ON/OFF: Press the tail cap halfway to momentarily ACTIVATE the light. Fully click the tail switch to turn the light on and off.
3.Change Modes: When the light is on, single press the side switch to rotate among Firefly,Low,Medium,High,Turbo modes.
Long press the side switch to get Strobe and then single press to end it.
4.Rechargeable Function: During charging, the indicator is RED. After being fully charged, the indicator will be BLUE.
5.Memory Function: The light will turn on in the last mode accessed, except Strobe.
