- This 2-port HDMI splitter allows you to display the same video and audio content on two screens simultaneously. It splits an HDMI video signal up to Ultra HD 4K at 60Hz and supports 7.1 channel audio. The device features 4:4:4 chroma subsampling with a bandwidth up to 18Gbps (HDMI 2.0b), HDR, and HDCP 2.2 to HDCP 1.4 conversion. EDID emulation automatically passes display data between your source and the display on port 1 to ensure native resolution and refresh rate settings. Audio output, including Dolby True HD and DTS HD Master Audio for 7.1 surround sound, is supported on all ports at the same time. You can achieve a reach of up to 16.4ft (5m) using a passive HDMI cable; for longer distances, active HDMI cables or HDMI extenders can be used with this splitter for dual TVs, projectors, monitors, or displays. Setup is easy with no drivers required. Simply connect your cables and power with the EDID switch set to Auto to begin. Wide screen monitor formats are supported, and the unit is HDMI/DVI compatible.
