This 1x8 HDMI splitter supports 4K@60Hz resolution with 18Gbps bandwidth, duplicating one HDMI source to eight displays simultaneously. It features an auto downscaler function, enabling mixed 4K and 1080p display outputs by automatically scaling the resolution to match connected monitors. A 4K source can show 4K on 4K monitors and downscaled 1080p on 1080p monitors. (Note: Mixed 2K and 1080p output is not supported. Downscaling from 4K@60Hz YUV 4:2:2 to 1080p is not supported.) In Auto Mode (Adaptive EDID) with the downscaler, it supports 4K to 1080P downscaling and mixed 4K & 4K or 1080p outputs. In Copy Mode, EDID from Output 1 is copied for other displays. This powered splitter only supports duplication/mirror/copy mode (A-AAAAAAAA); it does not support extend, switch, or 8 in, 1 out functionality. It is plug-and-play with no delay, works with HDMI 2.0 cables for extended transmission (input/output distances up to 30 ft supported), and is compatible with computers, Xbox, PS5, HD TVs, monitors, projectors, various players, and OTT boxes.
